Where a cell says Pro or Creator, the feature exists but is locked on the free plan of that tool. Where it says Not listed, the tool's public pages did not mention it when we checked.
What each tool does well
TikFinity has been around the longest, has the biggest library of community presets and a mobile app. It is the safe choice if you are happy to pay 19 USD a month and want AI voices.
BetterTok has the best looking overlay gallery of the paid tools and imports TikFinity exports. Its free tier is a demo: five alerts and classic themes. Auctions and games are Creator only.
TikOps is the newest, browser based, with a fair free tier (100 voice messages a day) and a cheaper Pro plan. Fewer games and no desktop app.
RnGrow Stream Tools is the only one where the free plan is the whole product: unlimited alerts and voice, every overlay, auctions, duels, polls, giveaways, points, YouTube song requests, chatbot, Event API, a Windows and Mac app, a phone mode, and an agency directory. The voices are your browser's voices, not paid AI voices, which is the one thing the paid tools have that RnGrow does not sell.

- Sign in at rngrow.com/tools (Google works) and type your TikTok @name in Setup.
- Install the rngrow extension (Chrome, Edge, Brave) or the RnGrow Live app for Windows or Mac from the download page. It pairs by itself.
- Alerts: press the starter rules (Any gift, New follower, Every 100 likes), then add your own. Upload your sounds.
